Will I have to travel to you or do you work on site?

We travel anywhere to you, so you can just relax and enjoy your special day. (Please note, additional travel fee may apply depending on your location). 

What is included with makeup and hairstyling services?

Manual or airbrush makeup application, plus false lashes of your choice (individual or strip). We use only premium and luxury products, that we know will deliver maximum quality results and long wearing durability. Every bride also receives a complimentary custom made touch up kit for the big day. 

Hairstyling includes blowout (client arrives with wet hair) and/or dry styling (using hot tools and hair pins.) Styles includes: updo, half up, curls, waves etc.

Do you provide services for other events?

Yes, of course.  Bridal showers, photoshoots, birthday parties, proms, galas or any other special event, we are here to help you look your best. 

Do you do destination weddings?

Certainly! We would love to be a part of your special day, wherever you are. Please contact us for more details. 

How do I prepare my skin and hair before my appointment?

You want to make sure you arrive with a clean face. If you have any favorite moisturizers you can use it in the morning as well. If you want to do a facial or use something you've never used before, we recommend to try it out at least 1-2 weeks before the day, to make sure your skin won't get any undesirable reactions.  

Arrive with clean, ready to style hair. For dry styling try to wash your hair in the morning or the night before (depending on your hair type and texture).  For blowout it should be washed in the morning and still wet at the time of the appointment.  We also don't recommend using any hair masks or try new products the day of. 

How much time does it take to get ready?

For a wedding day we usually give 2 hours for the bride's hair and makeup (or 1 hour for each service). And 45 minutes per service for each additional guest. 
For any other special event we require 45 min for makeup and 45min for hairstyling. 
(Note, additional time would have to be scheduled if you want a blowout and dry styling).
We also help to create a schedule for you and all the members of your party, so the day goes smooth and everyone is ready on time. 

Do I need to do a trial run before my wedding day?

Yes, we highly recommend to have a trial before your special day. It will give you an opportunity to try different looks and styles, and be absolutely sure you will get exactly what you want.  

How do I prepare for a trial?

Arrive with a clean face and hair, and bring some images of the looks that you wish to try. 
Nothing else to worry about. 

How long does a trial take?

On average we allow 1.5 hours for makeup (We can start with a more natural look and than go more dramatic and add color and intensity) and 1.5-2 hours for hairstyle, depending on styles you wish to try. 
It usually doesn’t take more than 4 hours. 

Can I change my look after a trial?

Yes, certainly. It's your day and we will make sure you'll get your desired look! Please be sure you come in with enough images for the new style or book another trial.

Do you stay with the bride through photos and ceremony?

Yes, we will be happy to stay with you for pictures and ceremony as long as needed. Contact us for more information, please. 

How large of a party can you service for hair and makeup?

Our team of experienced makeup artists are ready for any size party.

Do you work with different skin tones and eye shapes?

 Yes, we are skilled to work with all ethnicities.  

Do you offer services for early morning?

Yes, we will be there at any time you need us. (Note, fee might apply for start time before 7am). 

How far in advance should I book an artist?

Good days are getting booked fast, so, the sooner you do it the higher are your chance to reserve an artist you want. Book soon!

Do you offer a discount?

Different packages are available depending on the size of the party and required services. Contact us for rates. 

What do I need to do to book my date?

We require a signed contract and complete a retainer for the package of your choice, in order to reserve the date. 

Can I cancel or request a refund for the services?

There is no refunds for completed services. 
Cancelation must be made at least 90 days prior to the wedding day. 
Retainers are non-refundable

Is gratuity include in the price?

No, gratuity is not included.  
While calculating it, please keep in mind the time it took us to come to you as well as additional expenses like gas, tolls, parking ets. 
Gratuity is given directly to the artist. 

Can you do a trial for someone from my bridal party?

Absolutely! If anyone from your party want to try makeup or hairstyle, we'll be happy to bring their ideas to life! Don't hesitate to contact us and request an additional quote. 

Do you provide services for LGBTQ+ community?

Absolutely. Love is love, and we will be happy to be a part of you celebration no matter your identity or expression.
